Alert Mail Body Empty

When i define an alert mail is sent but user gets a mail with correct header and
an empty body.

What could be the reason?

It appears to be a known bug. If you hit "Reply" to the email, the
text shows up (at least in Outlook).

Don't have any more info at the moment, since I'm not the one on our
team working on a resolution.

It is. Apperently it's caused by how Exchange 2003 handles the messages. The
only patch I've seen to correct  it is for Exchange. I haven't tried it myself
as I'm not experiencing the problem.

Are you using Outlook 2003 or 2007. I've noticed that I can read alerts
just fine in 2003 but in 2007 I get an error.
