Alert

we are trying to have alerts send to an e-mail box upon
completion of surveys (I set up a test one as well) and it is not
working properly. It worked before. I tried disabling antivirus and
popups, but still nothing happens. Does anyone know why it would stop
like this?

Does anyone know how to write a custom 'alert'? I still haven't fixed
the alert  on my entire site, but I want one survey page to send  an e-
mail to someone if anything is changed on the page. Does anyone know
how to do this by writing a script or something?

Rick use the lead-it custom alerts....lots out there just google them.

lead-it web part doesn't work on the sub-webs.

Sure it does...I use it all the time on WSS sites...is that what you are
referring too.???

It will send  multiple emails to different users that are on a site...yes I
like it alot.

It does not work on sub-areas at portal level or a child site (sub site)
within a site collection.

Let me clearify. I don't want to send  an alert. I just want to
create code in a survey that will send an email upon any changes
(additions, deletions and edit's). It is like an alert, but only for
one site until I get alert  to work...
