I have been running Sharepoint Portal Server in a test environment
with limited access for a few months and up until recently all was well..

Then one day I visited the site and noticed that all the admin links
for editing content that used to appear in the menu on the left were gone.

Leaving me unable to administer and change the portal. I have SPS
administrator access, but cannot manage the content of the portal...

Does anyone know how I can get these features back?
