Admin Access on MOSS Server

We have setup a MOSS server now the infrastructure team does not want the MOSS
domain id to have admin access on the server.I have been telling them we need it
to run the stsadm tool and deploy dll in the gac etc.
Please let me know any article which supports my argument so that i can shareit
with them and convince them of the same.

You want to review this document but especially review the "Least privilege
administration using domain user accounts" column. If you only have one account,
you may need to go to multiple to help support the requirements:
