Adding a script to: txtlstvw.aspx (SPS2003)

If you added a script to this aspx page would all of the pages built
off of it have that script. Like all the news pages where you enter
text instead of just linking to existing content.
i.e. if you added a script to:
http://portal_name/txtlstvw.aspx
Would the script be in effect for:
http://portal_name/txtlstvw.aspx?LstID=fb3221b1-c658-474d-9d62-95d0defefa89??

And by doing so I got Google Analytics data on all my News Pages that
use that template.
