Adding a Action Item to Standard toolbar

I want add a action item to the Standard toolbar (Which show New Item,
Edit Item, Delete Item, Manage Permission, Alert Me, Version History)
on the display page of the item of the custom List. I want to add a
action like "add to my Links" in the standard toolbar. Can you please
help me how I can perform this.
