ADAM Group not detected on sharepoint site

I am using ADAM (for form-based Authentication)with MOSS 2007. In
ADAM ADSIEdit, under the organization unit (OU),I have created a group
and add some users into it by adding as a member of this group. I tried
to add this group on a sharepoint site but group is not detected. Can
you please help me out with any suggestions if I am missing something?

To use groups with FBA you will need to implement a RoleProvider in addition to
using ADAM as the MembershipProvider. Take a look at the following MSDN
article.
