also added user to sharepoint document libray .
But later i remove the user from top level site as well as document library
and added in AD group and then add this group with same right to sharepoint
site as well as doc lib.

But this Rights are not reflect to that document library . why this happen
is it take some time to Reflect the rights ??

When you added  the user  directly to the document  library you broke
security inheritance on that document library. Unless you reset
inheritance changes made at the site level  will not be reflected in the
Library. You either need to re-establish security inheritance or add
the group  directly into the document library.

added  the AD group  in document  library but still it is not working
giving me acess  denied error.

for individual user  it works fine but when I remove  that user and add  the AD
group of that user, gives me access denied  , is ad group rights  or user
sharepoint not recognise? or changes not reflect  ?

how to reset the inheritance changes or re-establish security inheritance?
