Activexobjects and ows.js

Anyone had any lucking creating activexobjects inside of ows.js to be
viewed inside their context menus? More specifically a
Scripting.FileSystemObject?

More specfically is there what is the diffrence between ActiveXObject
("Scripting.FileSystemObject"); and ActiveXObject
("SharePoint.SpreadsheetLauncher.1"); which is the default ows.js? Are
they additional server settings needed for this to execute?
