Active directory group wise view permission on web parts

How are you all? Hope you all are doing well. Right now I am
implementing share point.
I am trying to add Active Directory user groups in the Share Point.
According to Active directory users groups I want to give view
permission on the web parts.
We can assume a situation as example as follows:
a) Only the users under the "Executive" group of Active Directory
Can view the "Events" web part.
b) Only the users under the "Manager" group of the Active Directory

Can view the "Image Library" web part.

Is there any provision in Share Point 2003 to do this.

SPS 2003 has a feature called Target Audience. This works with your profile
database. The profile Db inturn is fetched from your AD.

So simply update your profile DB. And create required audience.

Just search microsoft site and you will find good article for it.
