Access webpart through user

I have designed a webpart. I can access this webpart through administrator. But I have created another user names sharepint/xyz. but i can't access this webpart through this user..

You have to add as a user  and give related permission
in the site where u deployed u r webpart.

Find there will be option to add up user in the
portal.
