Access Denied error when edit folder properties with full control

Could someone please help solve this. I created a few folders inside my
document library. Now I want to make some changes to it so I went into the
folder properties but I get this Access Denied error even though I am site
collection admin with full control. Doesn't matter if I create new doc lib and
then create the folder, I still get Access Denied. Not sure what's going on.

Just a wild imagination. Can u please check the Permissions for that Doc
Lib?

Permissions for the doc  lib is fine. I has full  control on it. I'm also an
admin/owner that's why I'm kinda stuck and don't know what to do.
