2003 Recycle Bin Update?

Can anyone email me the executable for the SP2003 Recycle Bin 1.2? It used to be
on gotdotnet, but the site seems to have disappeared.

I'm prepping for upgrade and getting "Unable to delete <file>. An error occurred
accessing your FrontPage files."

Close, but not quite...I'm looking for the SP2003/wss 2.0 version. I think I'm
ok, though. Will just move the content and delete the sites w/problem files.
Upgrade should "fix" them. Thanks!
