Is it true that SPS will begin to slow down significantly if morethan 2000 documents are stored on one server? If so, how did you dealwith that problem?
I have about 7000 documents on the server and haven't noticed anysignificant slowdown (apart from the fact that SPS is always slow).
We have about 160,000 docs and the search is just as fast as it was intesting.
I believe I was told that this problem was in regards to the numberof docs that could be assigned to categories. Do the both of you havemore than 2k docs to a single category?
No. But we get close to it................
