How to Copy template from one list gallery to the other

The templates (document library) in
[server]/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx

is different of the

[server]/Marketing/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx

How share templates of [server]/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx to
[server]/Marketing/_layouts/1046/spscreate.aspx
