You can use stsadm.exe to both enumerate and then backup  all the site collections in the personal managed path of any portal. You can then use stsadm.exe to restore those site collections anywhere else you’d prefer. Each MySite, or personal portal, is an individual site collection.

My question is why you’re trying to move your site collections? If users  want to see their personal portal  from any portal that they’re in, then you should turn on shared services and this will solve your problem.
