1. Open SQL Enterprise Manager
2. Identify the databases that are part of your WSS and/or sps  environment.
3. Use the SQL Query Analyser to develop and test your T-SQL commands to backup  the database files. (This also includes writing and *testing* the db restore scripts at the same time.)
