Why is it so slow after I join domain?

I'm not sure what's the problem, because if I access
shared files or internal websites I do not encounter
this kind of problem.

SYMPTOMS:
1. When I login using my domain password (Windows
login) then the dashboard Site become so slow to
complete, even after my first attempt to view
dashboard site, I can't view another page on the
dashboard site. My webpart (I built it using ASP)
couldn't show.

2. BUT, when I login using my local Administrator
password (Windos login), then the Dashboard site would
load normally..

Is there any security configuration to be done during
the deployment process?
