1 Go to your document  library
2 Click on Modify Setting and Columns
3 Save Document library  as Template
4 Enter a name and title
5 Select “Include Content”
6 Click OK
7 Go to the Sales Folder, select Create Doc Lib
8 Select the new test template.
9 If the template doesn’t appear, you will need to copy the template from one list site gallery to the other
