IIS security update MS03-007

After applying this fix, I got this error message when I try to open up
the the SharePoint node in MMC:

The query cannot be completed, because of the error (0x80040154): Class
not registered.

Has anybody seen this problem?

Also on another server, I get the proxycfg error message after applying
this fix. I ran the proxycfg twice and still have no luck. Any ideas on
this issue too?
