Can list box of MOSS2007 sends email for each account?

I do not know what is the “list box” web part, if it is a 3rd party web part, you need to contact the vendor to know how to use of it.

If it is a OOB web part, you need to let me know the web part name.
To be honest, I do not know which web part could send  mail for you.
