I'm not sure what could be wrong. If you setup a variations root, created the
two variation labels (English & Hindi), then generated the Hierarchy it should
have created the parallel sites with the prompts in one of them set to use
Hindi. The content for the Hindi site will still need to be translated
manually. Variations simply provides automated creation of parallel sites and
automated navigation based on the user's browser language. Are you changing
the preferred language setting in your browser to navigate to the Hindi site?
Otherwise, it will tend to take you to the English site based on your browser
settings even if you type in the Hindi address.
